What I'm Doing Is, You Know, Trying to Get Some Food In
i'm quite a little bit more liberal than i use to be about eating choices. I still tend to eat kind of carnivoresqe, you know, lots of red mea, lots of eggs. It just works for meht i enjoy the taste and it's satiating. And so i don't intend to have any cravings for thing in the morning or early afternoon. So i will then,. you know, best then. The bottom line here is that if i stop eating at six or six fairly at the latest, it seems my body composition just seems to improve rapidly.
