Is a Royal Vegan Diet a Good Option?

I support a whole food plant-based diet with a combination of cooked and raw foods that is focused on abundance and diversity. I have unfortunately seen super restrictive type of diets negatively affect people's health over the long term. We need more high quality science, we need some science on humans in order to be able to recommend them for prolonged periods. If you're underweight or a woman of childbearing age, I wouldn't even be recommending intermittent fasting regularly.
