I like entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial-minded people is because they put in the work. And I want to work with people who have a purpose and help them figure that out. So when I was working for Gary, I had to find 750 influencers to hold his book for free. There are very few influencers who really, truly think about the business at large and really want to grow something bigger. That's why I lean into the entrepreneurship thing.
