How to Be a Successful Trader
Real time trading desk is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week on two shifts. You essentially can look like you have a power plant by buying and selling every hour on the hour. Marketing group also worked for this BP energy group that would try to do 10-year deal with utilities or cost users of electricity. So it's a pretty diverse role when you're in the merchant side of the business.
