i think the only other caviot ot at is that this is something that assumes that you care about your one ret performance on that particular exercise, right? So, like, i'm not going to do a single at eight on a curl before my main work on curlssif you're training towards singles. And then, yes, i agree, it would only be in a training phase where the, you know, quoton go back off work from that or the main volume work for the day is typically in lower rep ranges. Cause calculating, ye, you're right, like a ten at eight off of a one at eight is not going bevery good.
