How to Select the Right Exercise for Hypertrophy

If i'm doing six sets for the deltoid complex i do an overhead press for a couple of sets and then I'll do some rear deltoid all told it's anywhere from four to six working sets. The anterior deltoid is still getting a stimulus when i do chest pressing work and then that when i do any type of rowing or pull down motion um through depending on what plane i'm going through. If you're not even moving boom the person's bedridden they can't move atrophy is really fast in those conditions mega mega fast because you're not gonna grow your quads but at least maintain them.
