In the book, i saythe an outcome that we want to define it as a change in human behavior that drives business results. And so when you use it in a broad sense, it's just really hard to put into motion. So having a really narrow definition is good just because it's easier to work with. But this particular definition is useful because it's a human behavior. Is a thing that you can observe. It's concrete and action oriented.
