The Importance of Having a Small Business
The smaller the client, the more likely they're open to value based pricing. You do want a certain size like you want this Goldilocks client that's not too big, not too small. The opportunity to create extraordinary value for the smallest clients just isn't there. So I would say starting from the low end of the spectrum and going up to a larger client, you want an established business.
