CNN's John Sutter talks about how to make a better salsa. How do you pick out the variables, like size of cut and ratio of tomato to onions? You can also vary cook time in terms of making so I can actually cook it just so it's kills the bacteria or I can cook it longer. And then I build those nine solstice. Then I have people try those nine Solstice and out of it, I can say what makes it better or what makes it worse.
