In your previous role, what were some of the mistakes that you saw franchisees make? I think just being drawn to restaurants because everybody likes restaurants and knows restaurant brands. And secondly, not really knowing what business you're getting into. The people who said it best were they own about seven massage envies. They are full stop in the hiring businessbecause massage therapists are becoming more and more competitive to come by.
