Mindfulness Meditation Can Facilitate Social Behavior

Mindfulness practice can increase your ability to sustain and direct your attention. There's evidence that the effects of mindfulness do facilitate social behavior under many circumstances. And so if you're tinking into social context, if you're better able to notice the needs of others in a social context, because you practise being able to direct attention, you have more opportunities to be responsive.
