How to Create Tension and Momentum on the Bike
It feels like there is tension on every part of the bike. It doesn't feel like anything is being reserved or relaxed and engaging every part of your body is a way to also conserve energy. This is something that I feel like you need to practice. Like, go do a situation where you can have a lot of resistance on the pedals, typically a climb. And this is something where you want to ease your way into things and start to get more comfortable with what it feels like to use all of your body for pedal hard.
