How to Rotate Strength

In the summer, say for football, if our volume of runnings high, we started out with repetitive effort type of work first. Then we retained strength, and then we really escud we had a strength phase that we tried to maintain,. And then we retaind speed at the minor emphasis of the day. Second phase, we go on. We go undert t but now i need to start getting more powerful, cause our volumes of running starts to decrease. So it's more effective to be more powerful, to get the sprinting up. But  then repetition, third, cause i want to keep the lean mass because that's important for injury prevention. The last phase is,
