Some firms are charging fees that would not be enough to run a newspaper stand, while on the other hand, firms are bringing in fees that are highly rewarding their team members. Value and perception of value can be influenced this is why some firms are arging rock bottom, dirt cheap fees,. Other firms are charging multiples ten x what those firms are charging. It comes down to the perception of the ants who are hiring these firms. How do we then actually influence, how do we enter into a conversation when we begin to shape the perception of value?
