How to Get a Big Toe?

Follow barefoot sprinner. Graham and i will work it on something this morning, where you just simply push your toes down into the ground,. And then just turn your foot, like you're kind of putting out like a cigarette. No matter how whacked out your toes are, they'll all splay. They'll spread. You do want that big toe to have a little bit of a range ofmotion. I h ou're one of the best athletes i know. I want to see you be able to exhibit that in every possible way.
