The Importance of Quality of Life
The quality of what you eat creates all sorts of huge health benefits, not just in terms of weight, but energy and the actual cellular level of the body. The Mediterranean diet works so well or the Okinawan diet is based on many of these principles. This went by so fast, man. It was a lot of fun. We will do a follow up on this, but I really enjoyed it.
