"I've worked very hard for many consecutive years now and there were times during the last decade where I really felt like I'm my whole thing is being connected," he says. "It's not all about just growth for growth sake and like building for building sake it's about like what is going to make me happy." He has started shifting more into that Jesse mindset of accomplishing while enjoying, which will help him achieve more in his career. It was a huge transformational experience taking two weeks to go from cold to darkness but then slipped right back into normalcy.
