How to Write a New Habit
The first general suggestion is to write it down and get it in front of your eyes every chance you get. You don't need to do all of these things, but choose maybe two or three. Write the habit down in bold marker on a small piece of paper and tape it to your work computer. The next one is something that I also do: I write the habit down at the top of my to-do list.
