The Beef Industry Is Going to Change

It may take technology to help us better tell that story and to reward that story with with dollars for doing the right thing even better. That's what this program and several of these types of programs and technologies hopefully enable us to do. I have my thoughts on on ways that we can better price these bits of data and this these pieces of information even better than what we have today, but they're rough enough that I need to talk offline with you for quite a while before we can flesh some of those things out.
