Vivien Vilela has 10 years of experience pioneering ethical relations with Indigenous peoples across the Americas. She has played a crucial role in supporting the preservation of Indigenous cultures and global grassroots efforts to protect and restore wild spaces. Born and raised in Brazil, Vivien has dedicated her life to her spiritual studies under the mentorship of some of the most respected Indigenous elders from South, Central, and North America.

Through this work, Vivien founded Aniwa©️, an international platform that shares Indigenouswisdom and amplifies the voices of Indigenous leaders through an online education portal, an annual gathering, and in-person retreats. Driven by her profound reverence for indigenous culture and medicine, Vivien's vision expanded to create the Huya Aniwa Foundation and Institute, dedicated to her continued efforts to preserve sacred land and live in alliance with native collectives.
