silent meditation is such a powerful experiment in what if I left you with all of your ducks every day for three days? So ultimately, you have to sit there with your own mind and see how it plays out. The thoughts became really simple ice cream scoops, birds making noise. And then just for me personally, like after on the day three, everything's just really vivid. You have so much clarity, like time feels just a little bit slower.
