If you're exercising at an intensity that you consider to be medium intensity, to hard. Your body is burning carbohydrates during whatever activity it is. So if that whach you're engaging in, then it makes sense for you to hend, i a, to stape. You're just saying, if you are putting moderate intensity exercise in your life, you are utilizing glucas and there would be no reason why this shouldn't happen.
