Do You Know What Terrains Workouts Work for You?

I definitely agree with the point on being able to be more controlled with your intensity indoors. I also recognize for myself personally as well as some some athletes that yeah sometimes when you start to feel a little bit burnt out on training what what helps to do is to stop doing all the indoor riding and just get out and ride in the on the road. So long duration rides I think work really well on uh on flatter terrain and having steeper hills um works really well, especially short short intervals. In an ideal situation where you've got that that nice mix of all kinds of uh all kinds of terrain you can definitely use that to your advantage according to how it's used.
