How Much Sleep Do You Need?
The quickest way to figure out exactly how much sleep you need is like for a week, don't use your alarm clock. If you were to get one less hour of sleep, you're maybe not even going to notice it the day of. But if you do that for two weeks, it is the equivalent of going 24 hours without sleep. So it's essentially being legally drunk.
