Tai Chi - The First Exercise of the Tai Chi Method
stand on your feet and feel the weight of your body pressing into the floor. Notice how much weight is on each foot and kind of shift back and forth. You can go a hundred percent of your weight on your toes, but you fall over if you don't notice it. And then as part of the extension of the tai chi philosophy, when your weight presses into the ground, every action has an opposite reaction.
