When I Need a Boundary

i often lean too far into the problems or challenges of friends and family. When i need a boundary, i will absolutely feel frustrated or bitter toward some one or about something,. Or i will disappear. And so nedra also reminds us that boundaries start with our self, regulation, the boundaries we put around ourselves and our discipline.
