Serviet or Napkin?

I grew up saying, serviet me. Soi says a lot about mea me to by the way. I've been in very, very humble places in spain,. perhaps, like student flats that are shared. They haven't got much, but you always get a serviet. It's an absolute essential. And i've a feeling that still there aren't many serviets being used in student flats in the uke. But it was first pointed out to me by spanish people that they came across british people who didn’t bother. The british are not the best in the world when it comes to using a serviet a napkin.
