Can You Do a 60 Minute Workout?
Nate: You can pack a lot of quality into a 60 minute workout. When you top out within that timeframe, and you readjust your FTP and you go at it again, you can probably go through another series of improvements. There will come a point where just like Nate stated, that 60 minute timeframe isn't going to allow a sufficient stimulus for further improvement. But that point could be a long ways out. It depends on what type of training you're doing within those hours.
