How OutMed Supports Underrepresented People in Medicine

"It's really important to highlight, you know, the community that we have here," says Dr. Tony D'Antonio. "I give them a very big open space to ask questions about what's it like to be out in St. Louis?" he asks of LGBTQ plus applicants. 'How are we supporting underrepresented people in medicine? What does that support structure look like?' they say. ''We just share it with them,' she adds. "'What do these goals mean for anyone listening out there hoping to increase their inclusion?'"
