How Meditation and Visualization Can Help You Change Habits
In the martial arts whether it's karate or I don't you're practicing forms all over again. So in a sparring situation those moves just happen without thinking. If you apply the practice every day practicing that cot eventually you're going to realize well I just move that way and I didn't even realize it. My hip moved in habit with my arm moving because I've been practicing and it's ingrained into my subconscious. With work practice you can practice that same thing with affirmations and visualization that you can react the way you want to act through daily practice and meditation.
