How to Negotiate With Retailers

I typically try to keep promotions off for at least six weeks prior to the launch date. There's usually a dollar limit to the free case fill. And then with distributors, you can set up parameters where it's like, your A stores, I'll give, you know, 75% off for a free case. But sometimes it's policy, the bigger the retailer is and that's what they are.
