The Importance of Being a Release Society Teacher
I felt I was a second class citizen, just bottom line. My husband was not a member. He'd been baptized, but he was only active for four months. So I very much felt ostracized and overlooked. When I did finally go through the temple, I got up and released a study and bore my testimony about my experience. And the release study president came up to me afterwards and she said, "We really wanted you to be a release society teacher" She's like saying it as a compliment. It's kind of an insult, right? Yeah, exactly.
