The body is much more resilient handling that type of stress in the lower aerobic zones and especially with running. The European altar runners really I think highlighted this well over the last few years where you might see some of these professionals like not run a step for a couple months during the winter they're just skiing out nearing yeah. They're just building that really strong lower body and an upper body to some degree as welljust like going up and down on that almost impact-free session. It would also be a huge increase that I probably wouldn't be ready for if I wasn't doing some other things that kept my body moving up into that volume but it would also be basically what we've seen recently
