How to Overcome Negative Core Beliefs

I like to go step by step with my clients and just go along the journey with them. I think first visualizing and then imagining how they want to feel will transfer over well. It's a really emotionally risky thing to train four days a week instead of 10 or eight or six or five even. Yeah, for some people it is because it's tied to that negative core belief.
