How to Orient With the Senses
Sally Kohn: I encourage people, you don't need to have trauma for this to be useful. This is just like, you have a body. If you're stressed out, if you're upset, that when you're not feeling those things, look around and notice what you see. For me, I will orient specifically to nature because nature gives me a sense of connection to something outside of myself.
