I think it's like, you know, Henry Ford said, if you ask customers what they want, did they say faster horses? And that's my kind of diving star is like, I know I'm a difficult customer. How, how would I want to be dealt with? That's like what I try to do. As far as like my KPI's on the CX side, like we are looking at customer satisfaction scores,. We're looking at customer effort score, which is a survey on the bottom of every email. It's basically people that have great experiences are customers that have a really frictionless way of getting their issue resolved If they, if they face an issue.
