The Pain of an Ankle
The experience that I had when I describe it to people it felt like a pop But I couldn't figure out why an ankle could possibly make a popping sound So I thought maybe it was sort of a tendon that had torn or something of that nature. Five months after the the ankle pain having started I actually got a similar pain in my arm when I was working. And he gave me some exercises for it, but again, nothing really led to anything fruitful. By the next day I had pain in my other arm as well. Keep in mind. I wasn't even walking at that point because my first ankle was in so much pain so I was on crutches For in total a period
