The D of Career Development

When you think about Ds, what made you pick that? I love alliteration. The first D, deceptively simple, has always been me. And then I added the others. My whole theory about career came from my doctoral dissertation. It was that doctoral work that gave rise to Prentice Hall saying, we'd like a book on that theory.
