The Effects of Exercise on Aging

Exercise is an entirely different field of study to see what, you know, how to get people to exercise or more people to exercise. I think for me, a couple of interesting almost fallacies are one that aerobic exercise doesn't do anything to muscle mass and the ability of endurance exercise to prevent the loss of muscle as people age. It's much more important to focus on maintaining muscle quality and strength.
