Sheikko and Louie's Differences in Training

Sheikko uses a lot of like pauses and stuff in his programs. He's trying to build the isometric strength at those specific joint angles within the lifts themselves where he feels that the technique is breaking down. And then you bring it together with the comp lifts themselves. So everything that Shaker was doing in his programs were to build those technical aspects of the lifts themselves.
