The Importance of Ketogenic Diets

Many people are of the opinion that if you just eat ketogenic or low carb, then you're automatically going to lose weight and maintain your weight which is a case for the majority of people but there's definitely people who can. It's very easy to get an increase in surplus calories on a ketogenic diet so that's well said. We look forward to hopefully having you as a speaker again at metabolic health summit and maybe doing a part two on this podcast to because I only touched on about a quarter of my questions I had for you.
