The IV for me the inclusion and belonging is more of a mindset. Is my work not only by work valued, but do I feel valued as an individual? And so that's what we're trying to capture from the B. If you've got a true sense of belonging where people feel it's Tony describe that their ability to bring their authentic self, that unique perspective that knowledge that insight. They're more able to contribute, but the organization is also better off because they're getting the value of those different perspectives and insights that they wouldn't have otherwise.
