Pilates Cues About Corseting
A lot of times when people focus on belly to spine, inadvertently, they flatten the lumbar and a little bit posteriorly tilt the pelvis. So what I like to do is hug in and lift up from the lower back. But then what you're actually rotating is the thoracic spine. It's really at the bottom of the rib cage where we get the most amount of rotation.
