Donna O'Neill says learning happens in any set iany context, or any culture that exists. It can be active learning, it can be passive and formal adho. But the important thing out of all this is that learning doesn't always end upon on what you might think of as the positive side of the equation. Select, for example, if you worked in an organization,. say that i hav turned a blind eye to bullying and harass ment, then what you might learn are actually how to bully and harass other people. Or if you are the victim of bullying or harassment, then you might learn how to avoid or manage those bullying and harassment situations.
