The Importance of Durability in Athletes

A well-trained athlete will show essentially zero decoupling during a low intensity session. Even I now can hit three hours at 210 watts with no decoupling. We're working on setting up tools for quantifying that, but also for collecting the data where we want to use a combination of lab and crowd sourced data.
