The Mind Doesn't Cling When Not Clinging
If his absence is either pleasant or useful to him, then it delights me far more than his presence. I would even prefer that he did good to himself rather than to me. So the last of the four brahma hars is equanimity. And this is expressed really in one we coul take a pith teaching of the buddha which points directly to liberation. When seeing impermanence, the mind doesn't cling when not clinging it's not agitated.
