Plant Based Data - What's Going On?

There seems to be less barriers from a technical point of view in the production of animal-free milk or dairy proteins through precision fermentation compared to cellular agriculture. And we're already starting to see some whey proteins, both in the use of different products and as whey protein isolates that are made through precision fermentation and are animal-free. So it's happening. It'll be really interesting to see what speed these changes take place.
