Intermittent Fasting Versus Time Restricted Eating
When you make a change in the foods that you're eating frequently, the intermit and fasting, or at least the time restricted eating, just becomes naturally. So i don't have a specific rule for my patients for how long they should fast for. There's quite a bit of patients that i work with who will do a 12 hour fast,. A 14 hour fast has been shown to show some benefit on insolent resistance.
