When we get into trouble is when we start thinking that life is, you're supposed to feel good all the time. Life is 50% positive and 50% negative. Some days we just have days where we feel urges. We do not need to give in to them in the name of self love. That is not self love.That is indulgence. Self love is recognizing, breathing, honoring that feeling,. Not shaming that feeling and following through with what you really want.
