When we're treating DKA, what's our first kind of treatment of action? What's the first thing that we kind of break out of our toolbox? So a lot of times these patients are severely dehydrated, both introvaturally, interstitually, interserilally. Just giving them a lot of fluid bullets in the beginning to restore organ perfusion is key.
